He has a strong customer focus and combines horticultural knowledge with management experience. Prior to Nurture, Gordon helped develop the regional business for 2 other national contractors.
Building relationships is a key part of Gordons ethos, supported by Nurtures business systems and committed staff.

Sheridan is responsible for managing national operations in the growing area of winter maintenance within the Nurture portfolio. He has over 16 years’ experience of winter operations, including logistics, system management and planning. His main focus is the advanced problem solving that is required to allow the smooth implementation of a large winter gritting portfolio through strategic planning.

Andrius is a well organised Operations Manager with over 7 years’ experience in winter risk management. He is passionate about using cutting-edge technology to successfully streamline operations and increase productivity. With his extensive knowledge of optimisation and unsurpassed work ethic, Andrius’s main objective is to use his expertise to enhance the operations process development and IT systems design, for a fast growing business, through strategic planning.
In his spare time he enjoys cooking, camping, and hiking and is also interested in automobile engineering.

Nik has worked in a sales and business development role for over 20 years in both the soft services & FM sectors, with the past 8 years being directly within the winter gritting industry.
Through his many years’ experience, he has developed a strong passion and commitment for service delivery excellence, which is directly allied with, and supported by the Landscaping divisions throughout each Nurture region, thus ensuring that gritting and landscaping work together to provide our clients with the highest quality service available.
Nik is a keen motorcycle and football fan and spends a lot time with his family.

Stuart has over 9 years’ experience working within the gritting industry, having previously worked as an account manager/ sales manager for two winter gritting companies. He has lead the innovations of the winter service into specific sectors, none more so than the Rail Industry.
Stuart has an excellent proven track record in new business development, and will concentrate on increasing our portfolio of gritting sites, proactively selling our comprehensive service into existing and potential new customers on a National scale.
Stuart will be based in the Midlands covering both the Midlands & South West regions.

Ian has over twenty five years experience in sales and business negotiations. Ian is based out of our Head Office in the South and is responsible for developing our gritting portfolio with existing clients in the South and London regions as well as developing new opportunities nationally.
Ian has a diverse wealth of experience within sales, having previously worked within the motor trade and energy sector industries with clients such as British Gas and Npower, as well as working in a FM role for the cleaning industry prior to moving into the gritting world.
Ian is a strong team player and is committed to delivering a quality service to fulfil all customer requirements.

Linette has worked within a sales and business development role for over 15 years, with her last 5 years being dedicated to the winter gritting and snow clearance industry. Linette has a wealth of knowledge & a passion to deliver results.
Linette is primarily responsible for increasing our gritting portfolio within the North Region, however will also play a big part in helping the team to develop national contract opportunities.

Andrew is responsible for Grounds Maintenance and Gritting development in our Scotland region, using his expertise to develop existing client relationships as well as supporting growth and expansion of new business with local and national accounts.
In his spare time he enjoys Music Concerts, Mountain Biking and skiing when the weather permits.

David has over 20 years sales experience, with the last 4 years being spent in the winter services industry.
He specialises and is particularly knowledgeable within the Healthcare sector, winning new business and managing accounts nationally for both large NHS hospitals and smaller private healthcare establishments.
Having built up a respectable portfolio of NHS trusts over the years, David understands the complex tender process which comes with NHS opportunities, enabling him to quote both large volumes of sites as well as individual establishments alike.
David prides himself on his excellent communication skills with both new and existing clients, ensuring they are happy and kept informed during the busy winter period, giving them peace of mind that the lines of communication are open at all times whether they have 1 site or a larger portfolio.He hopes to use his expertise to win new opportunities for the coming winter gritting seasons, as well as further developing the existing relationships he has built with his clients to add to the Nurture Brand.
