Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a part time Administration Assistant to join our friendly team within the Commercial Landscaping Department.
The role is part time, hours can be flexible (20-25 hour/week), and the office is open Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. This would suit someone with availability during school hours.
The ideal candidate should:
- Have excellent administration and problem solving skills
- Be efficient and organised
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Have great time management skills
- Be motivated and work well as part of a team
- Be fully IT literate
- A car owner is preferable, due to location.
- Processing the department’s weekly timesheets
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls and queries
- Placing telephone and email orders on IDocs with suppliers
- Complete other general administration tasks in a timely and accurate manner
