Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a part time Administration Assistant to join our friendly team within the Commercial Landscaping Department.

The role is part time, hours can be flexible (20-25 hour/week), and the office is open Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. This would suit someone with availability during school hours.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have excellent administration and problem solving skills
  • Be efficient and organised
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Have great time management skills
  • Be motivated and work well as part of a team
  • Be fully IT literate
  • A car owner is preferable, due to location.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing the department’s weekly timesheets
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls and queries
  • Placing telephone and email orders on IDocs with suppliers
  • Complete other general administration tasks in a timely and accurate manner
